At Earrings by Emma, we want you to love your new accessories; if you aren't completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original packaging is intact to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place the unworn earrings in their original jewelry box and include the packing slip inside a padded mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed by our team.
